Triumph Nepal has increased prices for its 400cc motorcycle lineup, with the Speed 400 now priced at Rs 6,79,900, the Scrambler 400 X at Rs 7,34,900, and the Scrambler 400 XC at Rs 8,24,900.. All three models share a 398.15cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine that delivers 39.4 bhp and 37.5 Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed gearbox.. The Speed 400 is designed for everyday road use with a lower 790mm seat height and 17-inch wheels, while the Scrambler 400 X and XC feature rugged off-road enhancements.. The Scrambler 400 XC includes upgrades like side-laced wire-spoked wheels, lightweight aluminium rims, and an aluminium sump guard for enhanced off-road performance.. Despite the price hikes, Triumph’s 400cc motorcycles remain competitive in Nepal’s premium motorcycle market, rivaling brands like KTM and Royal Enfield.
Royal Enfield will officially launch the 2026 Guerrilla 450 range in Nepal on May 11, with bookings now open. The lineup includes three variants: Dash, Flash, and the new flagship Apex, which features a redesigned riding posture and exclusive styling. The Guerrilla 450 retains its 452cc liquid-cooled engine producing 40.02PS and 40.02Nm, with 320mm front and 270mm rear disc brakes. All variants include a 4-inch TFT display with smartphone connectivity and Google Maps navigation. Royal Enfield aims to strengthen its position in the mid-capacity roadster segment against rivals like the Triumph Speed 400.
The KTM 390 Adventure R delivers stronger performance with 45.3 bhp and 39 Nm torque compared to Morbidelli T352X's 41 hp and 31.5 Nm. KTM features advanced electronics including ride-by-wire, quickshifter+, and cruise control, while Morbidelli focuses on safety and usability. KTM's proven off-road setup with 21-inch front wheel and WP suspension outperforms Morbidelli's more road-biased design. Morbidelli offers better touring practicality with an 18-litre fuel tank versus KTM's 14.5-litre tank. KTM maintains stronger brand value and market presence in Nepal despite Morbidelli's lower pricing at Rs 9,96,900 versus Rs 10,99,900.
